Being in Sedona

Have you ever had the feeling that you are exactly where you are supposed to be?  Have you seen or experienced something so beautiful that your mind completely stands still and your body involuntarily breaths a little deeper, as if it wants to drink in the energy of the moment? …like the minds steps aside so the soul can see…. I’m blessed to say that I feel that way more and more often. I feel it when I see someone else connecting too - to the beauty of the land, to a new friend, to a new understanding of yoga, to the quiet of the morning. Our retreat to Sedona was a continuum of those moments for me. There were profound moments of joy and peace and laughter as well as some very real life lesson. We were all challenged in one way or another - some of us met fear head on. Here are some of my favorite moments….
