Private Yoga Sessions

Yoga asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing techniques)  can have a profound healing impact on your physical and emotional well being.  In a private session, we will take a deep look at your unique needs and create a practice just for you.  We have extensive training in identifying imbalances and using yoga to help bring your body and mind back into alignment.  Private and semi private options available.  At our studio or at your home.

Thai Massage

Thai massage is a healing, spiritual art with roots in Ayurveda and Yoga.  This dynamic bodywork is a mix of acupressure and yoga, and balances both the physical and energetic body.  Pressure is applied in a rhythmic sequence along energy lines with the practitioner using their thumbs, hands, forearms, elbows, feet, knees or full body wieght to stimulate the movement of energy in the reciever.  Passive, yoga - based stretches are used to free muscular and joint tension.  Designed to be both relaxing and stimulating, deep and balancing, Thai massage improves flexibility, reduces tension, stimulates internal organs and balances the body's energy system.  Sessions are a performed on a floor mat with the receiver dressed in comfortable clothing.

Bodywork with Paul David Shea

Paul is a practitioner of Oriental Bodywork Therapy specializing in Shiatsu, Thai and acupressure and is an internationally registered somatic movement therapist.   Depending upon his clients needs, Paul intuitively uses a combination of one or all of his skills, often resulting in deep physical and energetic healing.
