Breathing Lotus Living Arts

At Breathing Lotus, our mission is to create a welcoming, supportive space where people of all ages and experience levels can feel comfortable in their bodies, confident in their practice, and connected to themselves and community. Through skillful guidance, mindful movement, breath, and the deeper teachings of yoga, we help students build strength, mobility, self-awareness, and nervous system resilience — so they can feel more vital, empowered, and at home both on and off the mat.

We help people to obtain and sustain strength, balance and mobility in the body, mind and spirit.
