In this 4-week series, we’ll explore the ancient yogic art of pranayama, learning how specific breathing techniques can shift our energy, calm the nervous system, help regulate sleep and enhance overall well-being.
Each week you’ll receive simple at-home practices to help you integrate what you learn and experience the benefits beyond a single class.
This series is open to all levels of students and offers Continuing Education Credits through Yoga Alliance for yoga teachers. Come as you are and discover the power of your own breath.
