Peter began his yoga journey over a decade ago and is a dedicated practitioner of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. He completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Breathing Lotus Living Arts and now teaches the Wednesday morning Hatha Yoga class. His teaching is informed by somatic principles and a deep curiosity about the roots of yoga philosophy and practice.
Peter’s Hatha Yoga class is inspired by his interest in the “Stories of Yoga” — the history, meaning, and mythology woven into the postures. Expect a thoughtful, slow flow practice with occasional moments of intensity, clear cueing, and accessible modifications. Along the way, Peter shares insights into the origins and benefits of each posture, inviting you to deepen your personal practice while exploring yoga through a fresh lens.
