In Sanskrit, the work "vinyasa" means to place or arrange in a special way. As part of the Hatha Yoga tradition, we understand this as a sequence of asana (postures) that are intelligently arranged to create an intended benefit for the practitioner. Modern life has us moving at a fast forward pace - In this class we slow down, reflect and absorb the wisdom of body, mind and spirit. Appropriate for all levels
This class is offered as a four week series, giving us a chance to delve a bit deeper with the same group of students as we add an extra layer of Covid readiness.
