Vibrational Sound Healing is a singing bowl based sound relaxation healing modality. Various sized bowls tuned to different frequencies are placed on the body, inviting you to slip into a deep state of relaxation with each strike.
The bowls are moved in a structured sequence over the physical body, offering a vibrational massage,bringing clearing, balance and a deep meditative state to physical and energetic fields.

Through lecture, discussion and journaling prompts we’ll get an overview of the structure of the sutras and major themes presented, including an overview of “Ashtanga Yoga” - the eight limbs that together comprise the practice of yoga.

Yoga and Mobility for Upper Back, Shoulders and Neck

Our lifestyle is such that we spend much of our time hunched forward over any number of things: phone, computer, desk, counter top, steering wheel etc. We simply don’t spend enough time in a healthy upright posture. This can lead to chronic imbalances in the upper back, shoulders, and neck.
This workshop will focus on the postures and movements that work towards relieving this kind of imbalance and the pain or discomfort it may be causing.
What you’ll learn:
•The context for upper back pain in us humans
•Exercises and poses/stretches used to help reduce discomfort
•Exercises and poses/stretches aimed at improving the strength of the upper back, shoulders, and neck
This workshop uses gentle to moderate movement so is appropriate for all levels of experience. It will conclude with a guided meditation for relaxation and the release of tension.
Tim has worked in the health and wellness space for over 12 years now as a yoga teacher and fitness coach. He is a registered, experienced yoga teacher, a certified health coach, and a certified personal trainer. He has also been managing his own back pain for 30 years now.

Join us for a cozy afternoon on the farm to learn everything you need to establish your own card reading practice. We will cover the essentials of using cards to connect to your intuition, as well as deepen your understanding of how to interpret the symbolic language of any deck. Together, we’ll also explore incorporating cards into ritual to support your spiritual practice, such as using spreads, journaling prompts, meditations and more!

This is a gathering for Tarot readers of all levels, whether you are simply curious about Tarot or are a seasoned practitioner. The intention for this circle is to cultivate a collaborative, community oriented space to support each other in building our Tarot practice. Our evening will feature opportunities to learn about and practice interpreting cards, using spreads, and reading for yourself and others.

Join us for this 3-week series designed to help women with bigger bodies feel comfortable and confident as we learn the foundations of a true yoga practice. We will focus not only on asana (postures), but also on breathing and meditative practices to calm and recalibrate the nervous system.
