At Breathing Lotus Living Arts | Limited to 8 participants
Slow down and let yourself receive. In this special small-group workshop, Colleen and Paul blend the spacious stillness of restorative yoga with nurturing, hands-on Thai techniques. You’ll settle into fully supported restorative yoga postures while we offer gentle compressions and assisted stretches that invite your muscles to soften, your breath to deepen, and your nervous system to relax.
What to Expect
Unhurried, floor-based restorative postures with plenty of props
Optional Thai yoga massage assists tailored to your comfort
SImple, grounding breathwork and guided relaxation
A quiet, cozy atmosphere and plenty of individual attention
Who It’s For
Perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, better sleep, reduced muscle tension, and nervous-system regulation. No yoga experience needed.
