🌿 Herbal Calm: Skullcap & Sound Healing

Gentle plant medicine and sound for nervous system support

with Lauren “Lulu” Powers, herbalist and certified sound healer

and Jess Mulholland, certified sound healer

🌿 Skullcap is a gentle, non-psychoactive herb traditionally used to support relaxation and the nervous system🌿

In these times of constant business and “always-on” energy, finding peace of mind can feel out

of reach. This immersive workshop invites you to sit in safe space with others and get to know

American Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), an oft-overlooked yet powerful herbal ally for the

overstimulated mind and stressed nervous system. Plant meditation combined with the

restorative power of vibrational sound therapy will help you quiet the inner chatter, and

reconnect you to a calmer version of yourself, opening you to insight and inspiration.

The Experience

Plant Spirit Meditation: We begin with a guided meditation and tea ceremony. You will

be served a warm cup of skullcap and guided into a relaxed state, where you will interact

with the "intelligence" of the plant, learning how it can support you personally.

Sound Bath: As the skullcap begins to gently release tension and relax your nervous

system, you will transition into a complex sound journey using a variety of traditional

healing instruments designed to wash away tension, break up stuck energies, and carry

you into a dream-like trance state conducive of receiving profound insights.
