In this workshop, we invite you to tap into the wisdom of the body with deep and grounded practices that allow the body to become the source of your mindfulness.
We will explore meditation and movement as a way of being that is self-aware, self compassionate and embodied.
This way of being is not limited to practice on a cushion or the yoga mat, but somatic yoga is available at any moment, activated by attention to the body’s wisdom and all it has to teach us..
No yoga or meditation experience necessary. This gentle practice is accessible to most - expect standing, seated and supine positions.
