Social media would have us believe that women who do yoga must be a certain size and have superhuman abilities to mold themselves into pretzely shapes.
This is absolutely not true. The practice of yoga, in some form, is for every body!
Join us for this 3-week series designed to help women with bigger bodies feel comfortable and confident as we learn the foundations of a true yoga practice. We will focus not only on asana (postures), but also on breathing and meditative practices to calm and recalibrate the nervous system.
Taught by Breathing Lotus Lead teacher, Colleen Duggan. Colleen has over a decade of experience teaching yoga to all types of bodies.
