As we move through uncertain times, our mind focused outward and often confused, sometimes we lose touch with what our deeper self is calling for. Your heart always know the way.
In this exploratory practice, we will use meditation and journaling techniques to develop a personal “sankalpa” or “intention of the heart”. We will then drop into deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra. This healing practice uses guided relaxation and visualization to access deep levels of meditation. It prepares us on a subconscious level to truly integrate our Sankalpa into our being. We will also use healing sound to help us totally and completely relax into our own greatness.
