In this 3 week series, Colleen Duggan-Cuomo, guides us to remember and embrace the wisdom of Winter.
We are part of nature and as such, we can look to the natural world for ways to best take care of ourselves through all seasons. Winter calls for us to slow down, restore our vitality and prepare ourselves for the creativity, action and growth of the coming Spring.
This series will include gentle, yet powerful yoga practices and Ayurvedic self care routines to help restore and heal - body, mind and spirit.
