In this 4 class series, essential keys of meditation will be shared to help students gain the confidence and skill necessary to enjoy the many benefits of meditation.

There are many proven benefits to adopting and sustaining a mediation practice. Amongst them are stress and anxiety reduction, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, strengthened immune system, improved memory, feelings of happiness and wellbeing, improved sleep quality, and finding deeper connection and meaning in life.

No matter what your reason is for beginning a meditation practice, their are many techniques for accomplishing your goals. This series will introduce students to several simple yet effective approaches to meditation.
