This workshop will introduce you to the foundational principles of the 5 elements as taught in Traditional Chinese Medicine and how these principle can be applied for holistic self-care.
We will explore and focus on some of the important meridians and master points in the body and how they can support the practice of self-care by incorporating yin asanas, acupressure and breath work to our daily life. this practice will help to unblock, strengthen, revitalize and heal body, mind and spirit and teach you how to cultivate, direct and move your innate life force energy (Chi/Qi).
