 It’s not just about hot flashes! 

 Menopause, whether natural or medically induced, happens to every woman.   Although it’s a natural part of life, its signs and symptoms can cause a myriad of challenges and changes.  Beyond the physical signs, there can also be deep mental and spiritual shifts at this time in a woman’s life.   This workshop is an introduction to yoga and ayurvedic practices that can help to balance, strengthen and revitalize you.  Our work together will help you navigate mid-life with a greater sense of ease and purpose.  You will learn –

·      A rejuvenating, Ayurvedic self-care routine

·      Yoga breathing techniques for cooling the body and calming the nervous system
