Yin Yoga Yin is a style of yoga designed to strengthen the joints rather than muscles, and class consists of a sequence of about 8-12 poses for about 2-6 minutes each. During this class you will have the opportunity to sink deeply into each posture with or without props, while practicing a variety of guided meditation techniques to help calm the mind and relax the body. This practice invites the student to work with their relationships to release and surrender.
