In Sanskrit, the work "vinyasa" means to place or arrange in a special way. As part of the Hatha Yoga tradition, we understand this as a sequence of asana (postures) that are intelligently arranged to create an intended benefit for the practitioner. Modern life has us moving at a fast forward pace - In this class we slow down, reflect and absorb the wisdom of body, mind and spirit. Appropriate for all levels, sold as 4 week series' (please note that this class will not meet on Nov. 26 Thanksgiving Day)
