In this 4 week series, we start from the beginning.
Learn key terminology, safe and appropriate alignment in postures, and simple, effective breathing techniques.
We will create a safe, non judgmental space where questions and concerns can be asked and answered. Everyone can benefit from yoga and everyone is welcomed to join.
You can expect to feel yoga’s stress relieving benefits right from the start. With regular practice, you’ll feel stronger, more flexible and balanced in body, mind and spirit.
