Join Colleen Duggan- Cuomo ERYT 500, for a look at how your breath can impact you're total wellbeing. For thousands of years, yoga practitioners have been using breath work (pranayama) as a way to develop and maintain wellness for body, mind and spirit.
Mindfully controlling breathing patterns is a powerful way to activate, control and direct Prana (life force energy). There are many, many forms of pranayama. Each has a specific aim - it can focus the mind, calm the nervous system, energize the body and so much more.
This workshop is appropriate for beginners as well as for those looking for a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of pranayama.
