In this workshop, we will be exploring the many ways that we can embody meditation and how to bring mindfulness into our daily lives. We will include introductions to -

  • Zazen (just sitting)

  • Kinhin (walking) Mindfulness,

  • Moving meditation (QiGong)

  • Somatic mindfulness

  • Sound meditation

  • Writing as meditation

  • Candle gazing (Trataka Meditation)

We hope to help you find an avenue to mindfulness that resonates with you personally so that you might begin to explore more deeply.

THIS WORKSHOP IS REGISTERED WITH THE YOGA ALLIANCE FOR 5 HOURS OF CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT.

A ONE HOUR LUNCH BREAK IS BUILT INTO THE DAY
